Hotel Monal Manali – Reservation & Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation Policy
All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance.
A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation from us.
In the rare case where we receive payment but no rooms are available, the full booking amount will be refunded.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check in – 13:00 Hours/ 01:00 PM.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out – 10:30 Hours/ 10:30 PM.
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are chargeable.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival will incur full stay charges.
No-Show will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Cancellations are not accepted over the phone.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
4. Guaranteed Reservations
Guaranteed bookings must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid 100% retention charges.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours, please retain the cancellation number to avoid charges.
5. Non-Guaranteed Reservations
May be cancelled after 1800 Hrs on the day of arrival by the hotel without notice.
6. Departure & Early Checkout
Guests are requested to reconfirm departure details during check-in.
Early departure without prior notice may result in early departure fees.
7. Tariff & Charges
Room tariff is per room, per night.
Taxes, service charges, and levies are applicable as per government norms.
Tariff does not include airport/railway transfers. Assistance can be arranged on request.
8. Billing & Payment
Bills must be settled directly at check-out.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
Signing facilities are extended only to corporate accounts with approved credit facilities.
9. Room Preferences & Upgrades
Prior information for Smoking/Non-Smoking rooms is appreciated and will be accommodated subject to availability.
Room upgrades, if applicable, are based on availability at the time of check-in.
10. Extension of Stay
Accommodation may be extended on a pro-rata basis, subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE - Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.
Refund Policy:
In the event there is any claim for refund by the User for any reason whatsoever, such refund (if any) shall be affected only by Hotel Monal Manali via payment gateway or by means as Hotel Monal Manali deems appropriate.
Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process.
The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase.
In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.
No claims for refund shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made, it shall not be entertained.
