Hotel Monal Manali – Reservation & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Policy

All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance.

A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation from us.

In the rare case where we receive payment but no rooms are available, the full booking amount will be refunded.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check in – 13:00 Hours/ 01:00 PM.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out – 10:30 Hours/ 10:30 AM.
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are chargeable.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

No-Show / Early Check-out No Refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in No Refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before check-in 20% Refund
Cancellation less than 10 days before check-in 50% Refund
Cancellation 15 days or more before check-in 90% Refund

 

4. Departure & Early Checkout

Guests are requested to reconfirm departure details during check-in.

5. Tariff & Charges

Room tariff is per room, per night.

Taxes, service charges, and levies are applicable as per government norms.

Tariff does not include airport/railway transfers. Assistance can be arranged on request.

6. Billing & Payment

Bills must be settled directly at check-out.

Personal cheques are not accepted.

Signing facilities are extended only to corporate accounts with approved credit facilities.

7. Room Preferences & Upgrades

Prior information for Smoking/Non-Smoking rooms is appreciated and will be accommodated subject to availability.

Room upgrades, if applicable, are based on availability at the time of check-in.

8. Extension of Stay

Accommodation may be extended on a pro-rata basis, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE - Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.

Refund Policy:

In the event there is any claim for refund by the User for any reason whatsoever, such refund (if any) shall be affected only by Hotel Monal Manali via Bank Transfer Throught NEFT or RTGS only or by means as Hotel Monal Manali With in next 72 Hours of Receipt of Bank Details.

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process.

In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.

No claims for refund shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made, it shall not be entertained.
